Job Description
Assisting Transition managers whilst liaising with business owners, project managers, operations teams, partners and suppliers on a daily basis.
Ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of new partners and products.
Representing the Operations team in meetings.
Making sure third-party contracts contain the correct information required for SLAs.
Participate in stakeholder groups to improve processes and making suggestions to the Service Transition managers.
You will need to have a confident telephone manner with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
