My client are a passionate and fast-growing UK based Telecoms company who continue to go from strength to strength.
They are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to complete a 3 month contract, starting in January.
The duties of the 1st Line Support Engineer will involve:
* You will be responsible for providing first line and some second where needed.
* Maintaining the local office network equipment in all of the UK offices.
* Resolving support tickets escalated from the IT helpdesk.
* Supporting and training staff on how to use various desktop applications.
* Keeping equipment up to date, updating security and macOS based systems.
* Support Office 365, Azure AD and third-party applications.
* Ensure all other issues are dealt with such as leased equipment and printers.
Skills :
You will need excellent knowledge of commonly used Microsoft applications as well as Adobe desktop applications and Office 365 suite. You will also need excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD.
