8:30am- 5:00pm/ Monday- Friday
You will play a key part in ensuring changes are delivered successfully to the Business. You will assess and manage approvals along with the implementation of change in a controlled manner.
You will engage across all the relevant teams therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys liaising cross functionality, have strong organisational, communication skills and are detail focused.
Duties:
Assess the priority and impact of all changes for accuracy ensuring consideration to the environment and protocols is evident.
Co-ordinate change approvals liaising between approvers and initiators.
Answering any questions or queries relating to changes.
Prepare all documentation (including reports, agendas and minutes) for Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB).
Chair Change Advisory Boards and other Change Management meetings.
Support the express handling of emergency changes.
Organised and methodical in approach to routine and administrative matters.
Skills :
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
