- As an experienced HR Analyst you will be responsible for quality data integrity across a range of HR systems.
- You will provide HR support to the HR team by providing reports and providing training on various systems, including Excel.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and supporting the annual salary/bonus process.
- Creating reports, graphs and presenting data in the format/frequencies required.
- Supporting the business by providing them with the correct data to make informed business decisions.
- You will need knowledge of various Microsoft Systems with experience of identifying areas of systems improvement or change.
