Customer Complaints Advisor (3-6 month contract)
Based in Telford, 3 days working from home and 2 days office based.
10:42per hour
The role is initially a 3-month contract but could possibly be longer.
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm (Working from home on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday).

Your duties will involve:
- Working on a variety of cases, building relationships and dealing with residents.
- You will be dealing with incoming calls which will be mostly complaints.
- As an experienced complaints advisor you will be responsible for seeing them through to completion.
- Liaising with and building relationships with internal colleagues.
- Responding to emails and inputting information onto the CRM system.
Skills :
Experience of working in a fast-paced Customer Services environment, dealing with complaints is ideal. However, full training will be given.
