Job Description
Hours of work: Monday - Friday (alternative weeks - 8:00am - 4:30pm and 9-5:30pm. Working from home 3 days each week and office-based on a Wednesday and Thursday
Based in Telford
12.50per hour - 13.00 per hour
Are you available immediately and local to Telford?
Do you have previous Customer Services experience with excellent written and telephone based skills?
You will take ownership of dealing with a variety of complaints from residents, mostly through email based communication.
Logging, tracking and updating information onto a Service Now system.
As your level of experience you will be empowered to make your own decisions.
Escalating any possible risks to the Head of Compliance and liaising with colleagues to get issues resolved.
Issuing reports and proposing initiatives to resolve issues.
You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills :
You will need to have previously worked in a Customer focused environment with excellent written communication skills as you will be dealing with mostly written complaints from residents. You will ideally have knowledge of using the Service Now system but full training will be given. You will also need to have working knowledge of Word and Excel.
