This position may also become permanent when the 6 month contract has ended. There is also the opportunity to work from home for 2 days each week.

You will need previous Technical Management experience, ideally within Telecoms but the client is open to sector.
The position of the Technical Manager will involve:
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 30 Technical employees.
- Managing the day-to-day activity, development, effectiveness and quality of work undertaken by the Technical Service team.
- The Technical Manager will manage technical support complaints within agreed SLAs.
- You will be working occasional weekends, but time will be given back in lieu.
- Producing reports where applicable.
- You will need to be confident with overseeing a team whilst leading by example.
