Customer Complaints Advisor (2 months, Hybrid)
Based in Telford
10.42 per hour
The role is initially a 2-month contract but could possibly be longer.
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm (Working from home on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday).

Your duties will involve:
- Working on a variety of cases, building relationships and dealing with residents.
- You will be dealing with incoming calls which will be mostly complaints.
- As an experienced complaints advisor you will be responsible for seeing each complaint through to completion.
- Liaising with and building relationships with internal colleagues.
Skills :
You will need previous Customer Services based experience, ideally high volume and dealing with complaints.
