Analyst (Technical Service, 24/7)
Based in Telford

Hours of work: Shifts, rotation of 4 on and 4 off on a shift pattern of 08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 8:00am (subject to change and will be discussed in interview)

As an experienced Analyst your duties will involve:
- You will need experience of using WAN technologies and dealing with the following internet services - DSL, Ethernet, Firewalls, GPON and routing protocols.
- The Analyst will be responsible for first line investigation and diagnosis, ensuring that the faults worked on are reporting to the appropriate teams.
- The aim will be to minimise the disruption to customer service and network availability.
- You will provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues as quickly as possible.
- My client is also looking for experience of Windows operating systems and MS Office packages.
Skills :
You will need Technical support experience, with knowledge of WAN technologies.
