Job Description
My client who are based in the Telecoms sector are looking for a Billing Assistant with experience in either Telecoms, Utilities or Energy due to the nature of what they do and working with a lot of Contractors.
You will need great communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and stakeholders across the business.
As an experienced Billing Assistant, you will report to the Billing Specialist, supporting the "accelerate their Order 2 cash" programme in order to facilitate scaling as their revenue grows.
Also preparing sales invoice for review and working with the Commercial and legal teams to fill one-off large contracts.
You will be part of the onboarding process which will include supporting the management teams to manage customers expectations, whilst ensuring that their billing is robust and sustainable.
Working with the project team to ensure that billing allows for prompt payment.
Assisting with customers queries regarding billing.
Assisting with intercompany billing, raise bills between subsidiaries and checking the manual billing process.
You will need Excellent knowledge of Excel, minimum of Lookups, pivots etc. My client is also looking for someone of experience in one of the following sectors due to the nature of their business: Telecoms, Energy or Utilities.
Skills :
You will need previous Billing experience with an understanding of double entry.
