Dealing with complaints and resolving issues where possible.
Communicating with and updating customers throughout the process.
This position has a high number of calls everyday. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethic. Using effective questioning techniques, getting to the route cause of the issue or complaint and resolving the issue. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you will pass the call onto 2nd line.
Skills :
Taking first line queries.
Passing through to 2nd line if unresolved.
