This is a 12 week contract, which could potentially lead to something more long-term. You will need to be available immediately - an existing enhanced DBS would also be a huge advantage.
My client is a leading education provider committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive and innovative education. They are looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to provide support across both recruitment and general HR administration.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function, with responsibilities including:
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including arranging interviews, preparing documentation and liaising with candidates and managers.
Completing and tracking pre-employment checks and references.
Supporting onboarding and monitoring probationary periods.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Managing and tracking Occupational Health and external referrals, including Access to Work.
Supporting absence administration and relevant HR policies and procedures.
Providing administrative support for employee relations processes, including arranging meetings, preparing hearing packs, taking notes and issuing correspondence.
Supporting employee benefits and reward administration.
Organising exit interviews and assisting managers with interview panels.
Providing general HR administration support as required.
About You
You will ideally have previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, although candidates who are keen to work towards this will also be considered.
