My client is in the Education sector, based in Longbridge and they''re looking for an Administrator to join their busy HR/Administration team.
Your duties will involve updating the Single Central Register.
Scanning and filing documents that have been obtained from doing various checks such as ID, Compliance, References, Education and DBS checks.
Preparing paperwork and checking files prior to Ofsted inspections.
Inputting date and other information onto various systems.
You will also be supporting the team with contract and onboarding administration based duties.
You will need to have previous Administration experience, ideally in a central records, auditing or compliance environment but this isn''t essential.
