Are you an experienced People Development Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working with like-minded professionals?

My client will also need to process an enhanced DBS check, which can be completed following your interview. You will also ideally need a CIPD Level 3, or working towards one.
As an experienced People Development Officer your duties will involve:
You will be the first point of contact for all HR operation related enquiries providing first level advice and support to managers, employees and external enquiries.
Dealing with pre-employment, compliance and vetting checks in accordance with Safer Recruitment, Keeping Children Safe in Education procedures.
Overseeing the SCR and following the process for sponsorships and Non-UK nationals.
Assisting with recruitment advertising, recruitment packs, recruitment fairs and schedules.
Dealing with onboarding and ensuring all offer letters, contracts and variation to contracts are issued in a timely manner and in accordance with legislation.
Assist managers on interview panels, offering advice, guidance and training on interview techniques, feedback to applicants and scoring and decision making.
Schedule probationary period review meetings for all new starters and track the completion of supporting documentation for the employee personal records. On receipt of documentation issue to the People Services Advisory Team to review.
You will need at least 2 years HR generalist administration experience.
Skills :
You will ideally need a CIPD Level 3 qualification, or ideally be working towards one. You will also need at least 2 years HR generalist administration experience.
