Because this position is based in the Education sector you will need to either have a current Enhanced DBS or open to having one processed.
As an experienced HR Manager your duties will involve overseeing the onboarding process and making necessary adjustments.
Reviewing the Recruitment process and ensuring that the necessary deadlines are met.
Implementing and reviewing HR policies and processes.
Supporting and coaching the People Services Team Leader.
The College is implementing a new HRIS implemented so you will support the team with ensuring all information is up to date and ready for the launch of the system.
The HR Manager will also be involved in other operational activities where required.
You will need to at least have a Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification.
Skills :
You will need previous experience of working at HR Management Level, with a CIPD Level 5 or 7.
