This is a temporary contract until the end of July, possibly longer. There could potentially be a permanent opportunity available at the end of the contract.
** Due to the position being based in the Education sector they will need to complete a DBS check before confirming a start date. If you have an existing DBS that would be a huge advantage **
The position of the Talent Coordinator will initially be very Administration focused, with the opportunity for the role to eventually become more involved in the Recruitment side of things.
You will be placing adverts on various job boards.
responsible for overseeing and reviewing selection methods.
All Recruitment related Administration based duties.
High volume short-listing in preparation for the Managers to conduct interviews.
Building relationships and liaising with Line Managers.
Skills :
Previous Administration experience is essential - it would be a huge advantage if you have previously worked in recruitment/talent.
