Are you an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge?
My client, who are in the Education sector are going through a period of change so they''re looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join their established and busy team.
You will be working in a professional environment where they offer a variety of benefits, including an on-site gym, concessionary holidays and flexible working.
As an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator your duties will involve dealing with the whole recruitment process, from advertising through to onboarding.
You will liaise with recruiting managers once approval has been provided by the senior leaders.
Lead on advertising jobs internally and externally.
Putting job specifications together and being the point of contact for shortlisted applications.
Ensuring all onboarding compliance is completed.
Develop a talent pool and dealing with all onboarding.
Ensuring offer packs, letters and contracts are put together and sent out on time.
Following best practice for "keeping children safe in Education".
Assisting with the analysis of recruitment data.
Liaising with payroll and other departments in terms of new starters and ensuring new starters are on the single central record system.
Skills :
You will need to have a driving license as you may travel to other local campuses. You will also need previous experience and a CIPD Level 3 qualification, or studying towards.
