My client, who are in the Education sector are going through a period of change so they''re looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives on a challenge.

As an experienced HR Manager your duties will involve:
You will be responsible for Managing a team of HR Advisors and Administrators.
Developing and implementing employee relations strategies.
Acting as primary contact for grievances and complaints, conducting a variety of investigations.
You will line manage a team of Employee Relations Advisors and People Service Administrators, whilst conducting regular case review meetings.
Attending regular meetings with the head of facilities and divisions to update on cases.
Supporting managers on employee relations matters, whilst also managing your own small caseload.
Reviewing employee relations processes and procedures.
Reviewing occupational health revisions and supporting on HR audits and various HR projects.
Making any necessary changes that need to be made and improving existing processes.
Skills :
Previous Senior Level HR experience, dealing with complex cases is essential. You will also need to be CIPD Level 7 qualified. You will also need a driving license due to travelling to other local campuses.
