Job Description
We are working in partnership with an Education-sector client located in Longbridge. They have made substantial investment in providing a modern and well-supported working environment for their staff.

The Procurement coordinator will be responsible for managing the the procurement of goods and services, ensuring value for money, compliance with procurement regulations.
Your priority will be cost of ownership, including price, quality and sustainability.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and source potential suppliers to evaluate what they can offer, whilst monitoring their performance and building lasting relationships.
Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
You will also work with various departments to meet procurement needs, ensuring timely delivery of goods and resolving supplier or delivery issues.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate procurement records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and preparing performance reports.
You will need to have relevant procurement experience with a CIPS qualification.

You will need to be open to having an enhanced DBS check carried out prior to starting. You will also need to have previous procurement experience and a CIPS qualification
