Are you an experienced HR Administrator who is looking to start a new opportunity straight away?
My client is in the Education sector and they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their established people operations team on a temporary basis.
The contract will initially be for a 3 month period but this could potentially be extended.
My client will also require an enhanced DBS check, which can be completed following your interview. You will ideally have a CIPD Level 3 but this isn''t essential.
As an experienced HR Administrator your duties will involve:
You will be the first point of contact for all HR operation related enquiries providing first level advice and support to managers, employees and external enquiries.
Carry out compliance, pre-employment and vetting checks whilst adhering to the "safer recruitment" and "keeping children safe in education" process.
Ensuring the SCR is updated on a regular basis and verifying documents for Non-UK nationals, and ensuring employee records are kept up to date.
Assist the Team Leader of Talent and Operations with recruitment advertising, recruitment packs, Recruitment Fairs and schedules.
Dealing with offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork.
Assisting the people services employee relations team as and when required.
Skills :
You will need at least two years HR experience, ideally with a CIPD Level 3 but this isn''t essential.
