Job Description
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30pm (fully office-based)
Based in Longbridge - a driving license is essential as you will be travelling to the local campuses.
Temporary position - 3 months or longer
** Ideally you will need to have an enhanced DBS due to my client being in the education sector. **
My client is looking for a confident, engaging, and highly organised individual to support our recruitment activity across multiple campuses. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a positive and professional interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You’ll regularly attend interview panels in person, partnering with managers on recruitment panels, while also supporting a variety of recruitment and team activities behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and support interview panels across multiple campus locations
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, professional interview process
Engage with candidates, creating a welcoming and positive experience
Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
Although recruitment will be a large part of the role you will also assist with recruitment-related compliance and administrative tasks
About You
A confident and engaging communicator, both in person and in writing
Naturally enthusiastic, with a warm and approachable (“bubbly”) personality
Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally with an enhanced DBS
