Customer Services Advisors (Temp contract)
Based in Irlam/M44 - Please check the location before applying for this role as it can be difficult to get to.
Monday - Friday (With the option of working occasional Saturdays, paid at 1.5 x hourly rate)
12.50 per hour
Hours of work: 8-4:30pm, 9-5:30pm, 9:30-6:00pm

My client is looking is an extremely successful, independent Telecoms company based in Manchester/Irlam and they are looking for someone with solid Customer Services experience who is used to working towards deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

The duties of the Customer Services Co-ordinator will involve:
. Making calls to Providers and Engineers.
. You will work closely with the Field Support teams and internal teams to update on the progress of all orders that have fallen into delay on the day of the install.
. You will be responsible for managing your own cases and keeping the provider updated throughout the process.
. Updating the Salesforce CRM system, training will be given.
. Preparing daily and weekly reports to the internal teams.
. You will need previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in case management but this isn''t essential.
