Installations Delivery Executive (Temporary Contract)
Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30pm
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
This is a temporary position, working for a period of up to 3 months, possibly longer.
Do you have previous Scheduling or installations experience and would like to be part of an interesting project, working for an independent, forward thinking and friendly company?
As a Scheduler your main duties will involve:
- You will mainly be responsible for ensuring the engineers slots have all been allocated by the service providers.
- The Installations Delivery Executive will be delivering excellent customer management, keeping your contacts up to date on the process and escalating any issues that may arise.
- You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders and providers.
- Also updating and completing lead-in reports for connected services.
- My client is looking for someone who is pro-active with great communication skills.
- ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills :
You will need strong service management skills with the ability of building relationships up to executive level. You will need to have knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio.
