The position of the Customer Services Advisor will involve:
You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls and resolving queries.
Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
The Customer Advisor will become a subject matter experience on systems, processes and the network.
