- As an experienced HR Analyst you will be responsible for quality data integrity across a range of HR systems.
- You will provide HR support to the HR team by providing reports and providing training on various systems, including Excel.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and supporting the annual salary/bonus process.
- Creating reports, graphs and presenting data in the format/frequencies required.
- Supporting the business by providing them with the correct data to make informed business decisions.
- You will need knowledge of various Microsoft Systems with experience of identifying areas of systems improvement or change.
Skills :
You will need to have knowledge of various Microsoft tools, including applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. For this role, you will need to have experience reporting within an HR function
