The duties of the Customer Delivery Manager will involve:
- You will be responsible for leading client projects whilst acting as the interface on behalf of the company into partners and clients across the UK.
- You will work alongside the Senior Delivery Manager in leading a number of projects to the value of £10m plus.
- The Customer Delivery Manager will also develop an understanding of billing arrangements and associated financial penalties.
- Driving the "right first time" service performance and overseeing costs/budgets for various projects.
- You will be executing and business delivery in all areas of the Customer Delivery team.
- Plan and deliver specific client communication through the delivery lifecycle.
- Managing projects and liaising with stakeholders.

You will need to have previously worked as a Customer Delivery Manager
