Order Desk Co-ordinator
Monday - Friday (no Saturdays at present but this will eventually be 1 in 8 weeks)
Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour
Hours of work: 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 9:30-6:00 (eventually hours will be staggered until 8pm but again may be 1 week out of 8)

My client is looking for someone with solid Customer Services experience who is used to working towards deadlines and confident communication skills.
The Order Desk Co-ordinator will be taking calls and queries from Providers and Engineers.
You will work closely with the Field Support teams and internal teams to update on the progress of all orders that have fallen into delay on the day of the install.
Updating the Salesforce CRM system and live trackers.
Preparing daily and weekly reports to the internal teams.
Keeping the customer updated throughout the installation process.
Efficient case management, dealing with cases through to completion.
You will need previous Customer Services/Administration/Co-ordination experience.
We are also looking for someone with experience of using a CRM, ideally Salesforce but training will be given and Word, Excel and Outlook
You will also be data checking so attention to detail is essential.
Skills :
Strong Customer Services/Administration skills with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook with knowledge of SAP is desirable.
