The position of the Engineer Coordinator will involve:
You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls and resolving queries.
Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
The Engineer Coordinator will become a subject matter experience on systems, processes and the network.
Coaching and supporting the Order Desk community to build their knowledge
Skills :
You will ideally need to have previously worked in the Telecoms sector but this isn''t essential. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM systems is essential.
