Monday - Friday, 9-5:30pm
6-12 month contract, possibly longer

12.50per hour

The position of the Installations Coordinator will involve:
You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls, queries and complaints.
Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
You will manage so many cases each week, up to 40 during busy periods.
Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
You will be working with Salesforce, but training will be given.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential.
Skills :
You will need to have previous Customer Services experience, ideally with case management experience. Experience in the Telecoms sector would be a huge advantage.
