The position of the Engineer Coordinator will involve:
- You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls and resolving queries.
- Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
- Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
- The Engineer Coordinator will become a subject matter experience on systems, processes and the network.
- Coaching and supporting the Order Desk community to build their knowledge
