Job Description

Schedulers x 5 (Temporary Contract)

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

Do you have Scheduling/Installations delivery experience and you are available to start a new opportunity straight away?

Do you want the opportunity to work in an extremely friendly and busy team where no two days are the same?

You will be responsible for liaising with Service Providers to allocate Engineers appointments, ensuring their time is used effectively.

Communicating with the Engineer teams to make sure all of the allocated slots are utilised.

Building relationships with internal teams, providers and suppliers.

Managing installations and any related issues that may arise.

Ideally you will have great organisational/geographical skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio

Skills :

You will need good Geographical knowledge with previous experience of Scheduling or Installations Delivery.
