My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in.
You will be working for an employer who is supportive, but also encourages self-management. My client also offers an extremely competitive benefits package which includes additional concessionary days, (they break up for Christmas on the 15th December), you will also have the option to take these during the school holidays and a pay awards scheme.
The position will involve working from home 2 days each week and 3 days in the office.
As an experienced Payroll Administrator your duties will include:
* You will deal with the administration of a large payroll function, which will include the auto enrolment process and dealing with P60 forms and other year-end duties.
* Processing sickness, holidays, starters, leavers and dealing with a large number of timesheets.
* Dealing with contract changes and payroll reports.
* The Payroll Administrator will be using the iTrent software.
* You will need to be confident with Gross/Net pay, PAYE/NIC, tax code changes, student loans, SPP/SSP and all others.
* Also dealing with pension schemes.
* Liaise with HMRC and support the Assistant Payroll Manager where needed.
Skills :
Previous payroll experience is essential.
