Are you an experienced Senior HR Manager, Assistant/Deputy or HR Director who is looking for a new opportunity and available to start a temporary contract straight away?

My client is a well-established company who employ over 1000 staff, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in, they also offer other benefits which include a free on-site gym and ample car parking facilities.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to travel to their other sites which could be any of the following locations: Digbeth, Bordesley Green or Handsworth so someone who can drive is essential.
** This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible, with the contract being available for anything from 3-6 months. **
The successful Deputy HR Director will be:
. Advise, support and guide managers with dealing with employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary investigations.
. Monitoring data, payrolls, contracts and management information, ensuring all deadlines are achieved.
. The Deputy HR Director also get involved in a number of projects, also supporting the payroll department.
. Implementing and developing the colleges recruitment processes.
. Supporting policies for management of change, including TUPE issues.
. Ensuring a smooth staff induction process, coaching whilst overseeing quality and performance management systems.
. My client is looking for someone with a strategic mindset with previous Senior HR Management experience and a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
