Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity, or a HR Assistant looking to move into a HR Advisors role?
My client has invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in. You will have the opportunity to either work from their Longbridge site, or on occasions, another location that may be closer to where you live.
This is a full-time, office-based position, working 36.5 hours each week.
My client also offers an extremely competitive benefits package which includes additional concessionary days, (they break up for Christmas on the 15th December), you will also have the option to take these during the school holidays, pay awards scheme, free gym membership with the use of their on-site gym.

You will also be dealing with case management, so previous experience of this is essential.
My client is looking for someone who is confident with equality and HR metrics.
The successful HR Advisor will also be liaising with Unions.
The position may involve travelling to other West Midlands sites, but expenses will be covered.
Conducting meetings which will involve disciplinaries and grievances.
Building and improving relationships with internal colleagues.
Consistently keeping up to date on legislation changes.
