Are you an experienced People Development Officer who is available straight away and interested in completing a 3-6 month contract, within a challenging role?
My client is a well-established college based in Longbridge who employ over 1000 staff. You will work in a stunning building with car parking facilities and a free on-site gym. They are now looking for an experienced People Development Officer to join their existing team, where you will plan and deliver a programme of staff development to support the colleges aspirations.
** This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible, with the contract being available for anything from 3-6 months. **
My client will also require an enhanced DBS check.
As an experienced People Development Officer your duties will involve:
. Co-ordinating training analysis and managing the mentoring scheme for newly appointed Managers.
. Plan and oversee induction sessions for new members of staff.
. Oversee Management development such as training programmes and work shadowing.
. Carrying out regular audits and compiling reports from various data that''s been gathered.
. The People Development Officer will also co-ordinate the College CPD days.
. Creating E-learning packages and implementing various learning methods such as mentoring and coaching.
. You will also be responsible for overseeing the training budgets.
. Leading on the TTF programme, whilst keeping abreast of all the latest training products and programmes.
Skills :
You must have previous learning and development experience and be able to pass an enhanced DBS or provide a certificate.
