Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is available immediately and enjoys Case Management?
Are you open to joining a company who are going through a period of change?
You will be working for a Public Sector client so you will either need to have an Enhanced DBS or prepared to have a DBS check.
The ideal candidate will need to have a driving license a you will have the opportunity to travel to their other sites, which will include Digbeth, Bordesley Green or Handsworth so someone who can drive is essential.
This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. You will be working in a fixed term contract which will be a period of 6 months, but there will also be a permanent opportunity available at the end for the right person.
As an experienced HR Advisor your duties will involve:
A large part of the role will involve dealing with high volume complex Case Management, so previous experience of this is essential.
The successful HR Advisor will also be liaising with Unions.
You will also need a driving license as you will be travelling to their other local campuses, with all expenses paid.
Conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings, so previous experience is essential.
Producing various reports and building relationships with the Management Team.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where there are lots of deadlines to meet.
A part of your role will also be to look at absence management and how processes can be improved.
Building and improving relationships with internal colleagues.
Skills :
Previous Complex Case Management experience is essential with a CIPD Level 5 Qualification and you will need to be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
