Are you CIPD qualified or you have HR Administration experience and you are looking to progress within a HR environment?

** This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. If you have an enhanced DBS it would be a huge advantage as my client will need to do a DBS check before confirming a start date. ** There may also be a permanent opportunity for the right candidates to become permanent HR Administrators within the College.
My client has gone above and beyond to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in, they also offer car parking and a free on-site gym. You will be working in an experienced and supportive team who are specifically looking for candidates that want to flourish in a HR environment.
As a HR Administrator your duties will involve:
- You will initially be responsible for checking and scanning documents into their system.
- With a number of deadlines to achieve, your role will mainly involve working on their SCR.
- The position will also eventually involve overseeing and liaising with Department Managers regarding Compliance.
- Overseeing and chasing references, inputting them onto the system.
- Carrying out and monitoring DBS checks.
- Dealing with contracts and onboarding Administration.
- You will need to be available immediately as this is an urgent temporary requirement.
- There may also be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Skills :
Some HR Administration experience would be an advantage as this position could lead to a permanent opportunity. There will also be an opportunity for this position to eventually progress into a HR Advisors role. If you have a CIPD Qualification and some basic Administration experience then my client may also consider you.
