Are you an experienced HR Advisor who also has some recruitment experience and you available to start a new opportunity straight away?

My client has gone above and beyond to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in, they also offer a free on-site gym. You may also have the opportunity to either work from their Longbridge site, you will also travel to their other sites which could be any of the following locations: Digbeth, Bordesley Green or Handsworth so someone who can drive is essential.
** This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. You will be working in a fixed term contract which will be anything from 3-6 months **
As an experienced HR Advisor your duties will involve:
You will be working as part of an established HR team.
The position will also involve supporting the HR Manager with interviewing and screening candidates.
Also liaising adverts and placing adverts on various vacancy and social media platforms.
You will also be dealing with case management, so previous experience of this is essential.
The successful HR Advisor will also be liaising with Unions.
The position may involve travelling to other West Midlands sites, but expenses will be covered.
Conducting meetings which will involve disciplinaries and grievances.
Building and improving relationships with internal colleagues.
Consistently keeping up to date on legislation changes.
Skills :
You will need previous experience of working as a HR Advisor, dealing with Case Management and ideally you will need a CIPD qualification.
