Are you an experienced HR Manager with a CIPD level 7 or 5 qualification and you are looking for a new opportunity?

My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in. You will be located at their Longbridge site, you will also travel to their other sites so you will need to have a driving license.

As an experienced HR Manager your duties will involve:
* You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 HR Advisors and Administrators.
* The HR manager will be responsible for dealing with complex cases.
* Overseeing HR issues and providing support and guidance to the HR team.
* You will be involved in a number of projects, including working with college managers to reduce absenteeism.
* Developing a positive relationship with Trade Union Representatives.
* My client is ideally looking for someone with a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
* They are looking for someone who is dynamic with union based experience and a flexible approach to work.

You will need to be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.
