Job Description

My client has been working with the house building for over 20 years and they continue to go from strength to strength. They are now looking for an Invoice Administrator to join an established finance team of 10.

The duties of the Invoice Administrator will involve:

. The majority of your role will involve processing invoices.
. You will also be scanning delivery notes and process orders onto the system.
. Recording fitters hours and assisting with the resolution of SOR''s.
. Reviewing the sales orders reports daily and ensuring all returns have been logged.
. Other basic duties will include filing fitters notes and getting everything ready to be posted.
. This is a fast-paced role so my client is looking for someone who is used to processing invoices and working towards deadlines.

Skills :

You will need to have previous Administration experience, processing invoices in a fast-paced environment.
