The Role
As a Scheduler, you''ll be responsible for coordinating the diaries of installation teams across the UK, ensuring work is planned efficiently and customers receive an exceptional service.
Working closely with engineers, site managers, customers and internal departments, you''ll become the central point of communication, ensuring every job is scheduled effectively and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate installation schedules for fitters across the UK.
Liaise with site managers and customers to arrange appointments and confirm installation dates.
Ensure materials and parts are available by working closely with the stock and warehouse teams.
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules where required.
Update and maintain the company''s in-house scheduling system.
Respond to customer and engineer queries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Skills :
