Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:00pm

Are you an experienced Stock Control Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity to join a busy and well-established company based in Minworth?

My client has been building relationships with the House Building community for over 20 years and they''re looking for a Finance Supervisor to support their established team.

The duties of the Stock Control Administrator will involve:

You will be responsible for reviewing fitter notes and actioning returns.
The Stock Control Administrator will be responsible for one direct report, also assisting with the invoicing.
Ensuring all returns are actioned correctly.
Liaising with the product repair technician and warehouse regarding returns and exchanges.
Producing month end reports and copying/scanning delivery notes.
Updating holidays for fitters and investigating missing items.
Raising credit notes for returned goods.
You will need previous Stock Control experience with a good working knowledge of Excel.

Skills :

You will need to have previously worked as a Stock Control/Invoicing Administrator with great attention to detail and knowledge of Words, Excel and Outlook
