Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00pm

Are you an experienced Finance Supervisor who is looking for a new opportunity to join a busy and well-established company based in Minworth?

Are you an experienced Finance Officer who is looking to make your next move and would like the opportunity to work in Management position?

My client has been building relationships with the House Building community for over 20 years and they''re looking for a Finance Supervisor to support their established team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to step up into a supervisory role. You must have strong attention to detail and passionate about what you do.

The position of the Finance Supervisor will involve:
• You will be based in a team of 10, responsible for supervising one employee.
• The Finance Supervisor will also be dealing with the banking, credit control, overseeing the invoicing and dealing with queries from
builders.
• Stock returns, raise credits for goods and dealing with delivery notes.
• Payroll – Overseeing the Payroll Assistant, timesheet processing for field-based staff and running reports from Softworks.
• CIS Returns and dealing with general Finance queries.

Skills :

AAT - Understanding of reconciliations Knowledge of operating systems - Eve, Softworks, Sage, Excel (writing basic formulas), Word and Outlook
