Your duties as a Distribution/Customer Services Administrator will include:
- Building rapport with customers and colleagues internally, dealing with issues and queries.
- You will be based in the Distribution office, working closely with the Warehouse Manager.
- Data entry of orders, invoices and other documents.
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries.
- Raising consignment notes and PCT.
- Dealing with service bookings, waste changes and other duties required by the Supervisor.
Skills :
You will need to have worked for a Hygiene or Distribution based company in a similar position
