** You will also be travelling to the Birmingham office when you''re not visiting customers so there is no home working involved in this position**
As an experienced National Business Development Manager you will be responsible for proactively managing your own diary, selectively prioritising and planning your appointments in line with the business strategy.
You will be tasked with managing and developing your existing accounts in the local B2B marketplace and, also targeted on delivering incremental growth through new business. You will be required to work closely with the internal sales team to identify opportunities, solve problems and maintain relationships.
There will be occasions where you will work some weekends for Events, when required.
You will be reporting in to the Sales Manager, where your role will be to deliver on the following key objectives:
The National Business Development Manager will be responsible for building long-term relationships.
You will integrate into the existing salesforce and contribute to Departmental KPI’s.
Drive the growth and profitability of your assigned territory.
Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives and increase market share within your territory.
Assisting the teams with developing updating their portfolio on social media platforms.
Develop the key dealer network in your territory.
Skills :
You will need previous field sales experience, ideally with a passion for motorcycles or the Automotive industry.
