The role:
Working for the market leaders within Motorbike Tyres. Our client seeks an experienced Customer Telelsales Executive to join its expanding team.
The successful candidate will be required to manage and develop an assigned customer base, and use their relationships and understanding of their customers business to identify possible areas of growth. You’ll be required to promote the companies products and it’s activities and promotions to your customer base, and prospect an allocated area to grow your customer base.
All individual''s will have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a sales or tele-sales environment. A keen interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry is preferred and a motorcycle license would be an advantage. Reporting directly into the UK Sales Manager.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive outlook and will relish the challenge of operating in, and contributing to a dynamic and sales driven environment. The person we are looking for will be a strong team player and they will want to build an understanding of the market, our products and the motorcycle industry.The successful candidate will be someone who has experience of working in a fast paced and commercially sensitive marketplace, they will be well organised and possess strong communication skills.
Key Qualities and Skills required • Experience of supporting customers in a B2B environment Professional telephone manner. Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Adaptable and able to think outside the box and use their initiative. An ability to work well within a team. A willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of the motorcycle industry by means of inhouse and external training but also under their own initiative.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills • General administrative skills. Good Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and keyboard skills
Hours of work: Monday through to Friday 8.30am - 5.45pm
Saturday''s on a rota basis 9am - 12.30pm
