Customer Services Advisor
Based in Perry Barr
£22,300 plus bonus
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Occasional Saturdays 9-12pm (Overtime on a rota basis)

As a Customer Services Advisor your duties will involve:
You will be responsible for developing relationships with your customers and promoting the business in other areas to promote growth.
The Customer Services Advisor will be up-selling to existing and prospect and lapsed customers when it''s quiet but the majority of the role will involve building relationships and dealing with queries.
Taking orders and processing them on the system.
Also dealing with incoming calls/queries and responding to emails.
Skills :
You will need Customer Services experience, knowledge of building relationships and up-selling.
