Customer Services Executive

Working 8 hours each day, between 8am - 6pm
£21,000pa - £22,00pa

You will be the first point of contact for Retailers and Stores, resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting.
The Customer Services Executive will be working closely with the Account Managers to monitor key accounts.
Dealing with product development and launches.
Processing customers orders and dealing with queries.
Carrying out regular service reviews with customers.
Ideally you will have experience of SAP but training will be provided, you will also need experience of Microsoft Office systems.

Previous Customer Services experience is essential
