Personal Assistant (Properties)

Based in Tyseley

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

£25,000pa - £30,000pa

Are you an experienced PA with experience of supporting at Director level and you are looking for your next opportunity?

Do you like the idea of working in a fast-paced environment, working for a fast-growing and well-established business?

The successful PA will be providing daily support to the Property Investment team across various sites within the business.

You will be providing support to the Property Directors, which will include diary management and dictation.

Also dealing with travel, hotel, medical appointments, hospitality arrangements, meetings and lunches.

Collating invoices, dealing with credit card payments and receipts.

Maintaining the key release database and updating the facilities log and meter reading inspections.

Experience if Microsoft 365 is essential and ideally Xero but training can be given on this.

Skills :

PA experience with supporting at Director Level
