My successful Client, based in Solihull Birmingham Business Park are seeking an Administrator Clerk to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties Include:
Handling incoming & outgoing mail
Ensuring all systems are up to date with the relevant information
Handling inbound calls and answering customer queries
Managing system databases
Dealing with employed driver queries on daily basis
Sending & Recording distributions of drivers paperwork on Manpack
Monitoring & chasing nonvoiced jobs to clear for payment/invoicing
Achieve daily & Weekly targets
Successful candidate must have:
Strong telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Word and Excel (V Lookup and Pivot Tables)
Organised and good time management
